1. Agreement With Clothwhim

Clothwhim.shop (“the Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and manages an e-commerce platform offering quality physical clothing and apparel. Our products include garments and wearable items intended for style, comfort, and everyday use.

These Terms of Service apply whenever you access the Site, view products, create an account, or place an order. They create a complete and legally binding agreement between Clothwhim.shop and each visitor, shopper, account holder, and purchaser, referred to as “you,” “your,” “the User,” or “the Customer.”

The following documents are incorporated into these Terms:

  • Shipping Policy, which provides free shipping with standard delivery in 4–7 business days.

We are not required to fulfill an order affected by a pricing, stock, or display error, including a product shown at an incorrect price because of a technical or system error.

4. Pricing and Promotions

Prices for clothing and apparel may change at any time because of supplier costs, market conditions, seasonal demand, material expenses, or promotional activity.

Limited-time offers, coupons, bundles, and other promotions are subject to the specific terms provided with each offer. Promotions have no separate cash value and cannot be combined, stacked, or applied together unless the applicable offer expressly permits it.

Free-shipping terms, product assortments, and service features may also be changed at any time without notice and without liability to customers or third parties.

5. Orders, Payment, and Fulfillment

A confirmation email is generally issued within 1–2 business days. Processing begins 1–2 business days after confirmation. Production and shipping transit generally require 3–5 business days, resulting in a total standard delivery timeframe of 4–7 business days.

We may reject, cancel, or partially fulfill an order, including by shipping products separately, if there is low inventory, an invalid delivery address, suspected fraud, or another order-related concern.

If this happens, we will notify you promptly using the email address or phone number you provided, and refunds will be issued where applicable.

By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for:

  • The full order amount.

  • Any failed payment retry.

  • Any applicable subscription charge.

  • Any incidental fees that may apply.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, including free standard shipping within the United States. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and related charges. Tracking details will be provided where available.

Personalized or custom items may not be canceled after production has started. Taxes are calculated automatically according to the shipping destination.

6. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct

The Site may be used only for lawful and legitimate personal purposes connected with browsing apparel products, selecting items, placing orders, and managing purchases.

The following activities are prohibited, and this list is not exhaustive:
